“Mark acted for the Ambulance Trust defending a claim brought by a gentleman who lost the lower part of his right arm following a road traffic accident. Thanks to Mark’s expertise, hard work and tenacity, the claim has just discontinued, saving the Trust up to £1.2 million in damages, plus costs which his solicitors had budgeted at in excess of £1/2 million. He did a fabulous job on a difficult and very complex claim with a superb result for the Trust."
