Facilities Management
This section provides general advice and support to Welsh Government and NHS Wales on a range of facilities and performance management services, in particular:
- catering
- laundry
- cleaning
- car parking
- security
The section is responsible for managing a number of data systems for direct input by NHS health boards and Trusts. These are used to facilitate and monitor improvements in performance in the health estate in Wales.
EFPMS (Estates and Facilities Performance Management System)
A comprehensive collection of estates and facilities data set up by Welsh Government to improve the management of NHS estate in Wales, our staff provide operator training and guidance to health boards and Trusts as well as interpretation of national performance indicators and local benchmarking initiatives
