Following a very successful career working across the South of England as an estates advisor for major NHS development programmes both within the NHS and as a consultant, Stuart joined NWSSP SES as Head of Estates development in 2018 and rapidly integrated into the team providing advice to Welsh Government and Health Boards across Wales.
Stuart became our Deputy Director in August 2021, providing support to the Director in ensuring that services to Welsh Government and Health Boards are coordinated and delivered to meet their requirements. Stuart took over the directorship in April 2023.
Stuart has an Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying and a Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a Member of the Association for Project Management and an NHS Estates Accredited Project Director for major development schemes in the NHS.
