Simon has over 34 years of experience working in multi and single-discipline teams as a Chartered Engineer in Design and Construction Projects since graduating from Cardiff University.
As Deputy Director at NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership-Specialist Estates Services (SES) he is responsible for the management of the Specialist Estates NHS facing sections including Property; Estates Development; Engineering and Building for Wales.
Simon leads on the development of strategic infrastructure plans across NHS Wales to deliver Welsh Government policy objectives and NHS organisations service priorities and engage on a national basis with multiple stakeholders within Welsh Government and NHS organisations across the 4 nations.
Simon was Head of Engineering for SES from July 2019 - Feb 2023 before taking over as deputy director.
