Hannah Watkins-Pyne

Hannah attained her LLB degree in Law from Exeter University and then attended Bristol UWE where she attained a Distinction in her Legal Practice Course. She worked as a paralegal in Health and Welfare Court of Protection law and qualified as a solicitor in March 2016, specialising in law for the elderly.

Hannah is a solicitor in the Complex Patient (CoP) Team. She can advise on issues relating to Mental Capacity and Mental Health Law with a particular focus on Human Rights and Deprivation of Liberty. Hannah is a qualified mediator and is able to assist in resolving disputes that arise in clinical practice. As a confident advocate she is also able to assist in complex inquests.
