Nina Gosling

Nina is a solicitor at Legal & Risk Services and works with the GMPI team. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 having obtained her LLB Law degree at the University of Wales, Cardiff, where she also undertook the Legal Practice Course.

Nina joined Legal & Risk Services in 2021 having previously worked at a leading national law firm where she specialised in defending clinical negligence claims and acting for regulatory bodies, primarily in the healthcare sector. She has extensive experience in dealing with a wide range of clinical negligence matters, including multi-million pound and multi defendant claims. As part of her role she also assists GP Practices with responding to clinical negligence concerns raised by patients, and with learning from events.

In her spare time, Nina enjoys spending time with her young family and tries to keep fit by attending various gym classes and running.  She is a fluent Welsh speaker and is passionate about the Welsh language.

Nina is very proud to be part of the NHS in Wales and particularly enjoys working with clinicians and their colleagues in the primary care sector.
