Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in 2016. Charlotte obtained her law degree and legal practice course (distinction) at Cardiff University.

Charlotte joined Legal and Risk Services in 2013 as a paralegal in the clinical negligence department whilst studying the legal practice course part time. Charlotte went on to undertake her training contract with Legal and Risk Services. Upon qualification as a solicitor Charlotte joined the Cardiff and Vale Team at Legal and Risk Services specialising in clinical negligence claims, costs issues and advising on concerns raised via the Putting Things Right Regulations.

In 2019 Charlotte joined the Primary Care Clinical Negligence Team and specialises in managing all aspects of clinical negligence claims brought against primary care providers. Charlotte also regularly provides training sessions to Health Boards and primary care providers in Wales.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys ballet and contemporary dance. Charlotte is also an animal lover and is a volunteer dog walker for Cardiff Dogs Home.
