Juliette Roman

Juliette worked for West Sussex County Council for 30 years, initially as a paralegal dealing with public rights of way and highways law and property matters. She secured a training contract for a Chartered Legal Executive with the Council and built up a specialism as lead advisor on the Council’s non-contentious construction and building contract matters, extending throughout four public law authorities working in partnership. She also advised on energy related contracts, procurement law, governance and general contract and commercial work.

In August 2019, Juliette relocated to Wales and took up a post in private practice, providing advice to private and public sector clients across a range of commercial and property transactions.

She now works in the Commercial Team, advising on public procurement, construction and general contract and commercial work.

Juliette is a keen cook and enjoys gardening, walking and horse riding.
