The eAteb helpdesk is open from 8:30am – 4:30pm (Monday to Friday) *with a brief closure on Wednesdays between 12pm-2pm for essential staff training* and can help with a wide range of issues including password resets, enrolment key issues, creating new accounts and other general assistance.
