Rebecca Czerniak

Rebecca is a paralegal within the Inquest Team who predominantly assists Patricia Gaskell on Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board inquests.

Rebecca completed her LLB Law in Chester University in 2017 and LPC and LLM at University of Law Chester 2021.

Since completing her LPC she has worked for the Medical Examiners Service at NWSSP and achieved her Royal College of Pathologists Medical Examiner Officer accreditation and portfolio in 2022 before joining the inquest to pursue her legal career.

Established by the Welsh Government in 1996, the NWSSP Legal & Risk Services is a team of In-House lawyers employed within the NHS Wales. The lawyers provide legal advice on a wide range of matters.

Legal work related to the investigation and management of clinical claims is funded from the budget for health services in Wales. Payment is made for other work by the Health body in Wales which required it.
