Kathy Dwyer

I worked in private practice in the Defendant Insurance sector for over 30 years, becoming an equity Partner in a leading Global Insurance Law Firm. My experience crosses the fields of all Personal Injury areas and Inquests as well as managing different clients and projects. I enjoy facing different challenges every day and finding a solution to the problem.  I have a passion for developing people supporting them to reach their potential.  

I try and strategically think outside of the box to problem solve. Technically, I set very high expectations of myself and have a positive can-do attitude. Being honest and a team player sits at the heart of what I do.

I have a passion for Netball and played to a high standard and although I cannot play normal netball due to injury, I coach and play Walking Netball.
