Ross is a solicitor in the clinical negligence department, where he specialises in all aspects of clinical negligence claims, inquests, redress and costs issues.
Ross obtained his Law Degree at Cardiff University in 2011, before completing the Legal Practice Course in 2012.
Ross began his career in the NHS by working as a Special Investigator, dealing with retrospective claims for NHS Continuing Health Care funding. He then moved across to the commercial law department of Legal & Risk Services as a paralegal in February 2013, dealing with various aspects of commercial law, judicial reviews, property transactions and contracts, before becoming a trainee solicitor in April 2014.
During his training contract, Ross gained a wide range of experience in clinical negligence and general healthcare law, and qualified as a solicitor in April 2016. He has been working as a Defendant clinical negligence solicitor ever since.
Outside of work, Ross enjoys watching and participating in various sports, including playing football for the Legal & Risk 5-a-side team. He also enjoys cooking and travelling. Ross has recently been improving his DIY skills in a bid to renovate his house.
