Ria Coleman

Ria studied law at Cardiff University graduating in 2010.

She then completed the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff, before working as a Paralegal in personal injury law for a private practice in Cardiff for three years.

She completed her training contract between 2014 and 2016 and upon qualifying as a Solicitor, took up a role as a Claimant Solicitor in the Group Actions Department of a large Cardiff firm.

Ria moved to Legal & Risk Services in April 2025 and now manages clinical negligence claims for Swansea Bay University Health Board and Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.

In her spare time Ria enjoys spending time with her family and friends and playing netball. She also chairs the PTA at her daughter's primary school.
