Training - When is a Court Application needed?

Hosted online by NWSSP Legal & Risk Services, Court of Protection Team on Wednesday 18 November 10am-5pm including Q&A.  

The Court of Protection is an ever-changing environment. The cases we will discuss at this training event all have practical implications for day-to-day practice in the NHS. 

This session is open to everyone but particularly recommended for Clinical Directors or other department leads that may need to ensure staff are adequately trained or updated on good compliance with the Mental Capacity Act and any requirements around making applications to Court.
