Legal and Risk Services and Welsh Risk Pool are thrilled to have won the Legal Services Transformation Award at the recent Legal News Wales Awards 2026. The award related to a number of initiatives the division had implemented over recent months to improve business performance, including a new Case Management System, the establishment of the South Wales Clinical Negligence Networking Group and strengthening of the learning-from-claims processes.
The division were also shortlisted for the Marketing Initiative of the Year Award at the Legal News Wales Awards, in relation to the internal communications delivered to staff during the roll out of the new Case Management System.
