Our Head of Legal Training and Development takes strategic responsibility for our trainee solicitors, paralegal staff and the continuing professional development of our qualified lawyers. The NHS offer a generous annual leave allowance of 28 days a year plus bank holidays, this rises to 30 days after five years and 34 days after ten years of service. We also operate an Annual Leave Purchase Scheme under which staff can purchase up to 5 additional days of annual leave within a given financial year, to be paid back over a 12 month period through a reduction in salary.
