At Legal and Risk Services, we support the development of our all our staff, no matter what stage of their legal career. Our Head of Legal Training and Development takes strategic responsibility for our trainee solicitors, paralegal staff and the continuing professional development of our qualified lawyers. We also offer a personal mentoring scheme and a CILEx Support Group run by our Legal Executives.
