Director, Specialist Estates Services

Following a very successful career working across the South of England as an estates advisor for major NHS development programmes both within the NHS and as a consultant, Stuart joined NWSSP SES as Head of Estates development in 2018 and rapidly integrated into the team providing advice to Welsh Government and Health organisations across Wales.

He was promoted to the role of Deputy Director and Chief Estates Advisor to Welsh Government in August 2021, with a remit to support the Director in overseeing delivery of the full portfolio of SES services. He was appointed to the role of Director starting in February of this year following the retirement of Neil Davies.

Stuart has an Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a Member of the Association for Project Management and an NHS Estates Accredited Project Director for major development schemes in the NHS.
