Laura-Jayne Keating

Interim Director of Pharmacy Technical Services

Laura-Jayne Keating joined NWSSP in 2022 as the National Lead Pharmacy Quality Assurance and moved into the Deputy Director Pharmacy Services role in December 2024.

Laura qualified as a pharmacist in 2002 having completed her training at Guys and St Thomas Hospitals in London and her degree at Cardiff University.

Laura has held a number of operational roles in pharmacy technical services over the years before joining NWSSP. Having a background in Quality Laura is passionate about providing high quality medicines to patients across NHS Wales.

Laura was appointed as the Interim Director of Pharmacy Technical Services, commencing 1 November 2025.
