Rachael Hinchliffe

Rachael qualified as a Solicitor in 1996, completing a law degree at Cardiff University and the last year of the Law Society Finals at the University of Glamorgan. She completed her training contract at a firm in Cardiff.

Rachael has extensive experience of managing complex clinical negligence claims, on behalf of Claimants and Defendants. Before joining Legal and Risk in March 2022, she worked in private practice in England managing high value claims on behalf of NHS Resolution and Hospital Trusts.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys anything which does not involve sitting at a desk, including rock climbing, cycling, weight training and trying to learn Spanish!
