This morning Vaughan Gething the Minister for Health and Social Services announced that we at NWSSP Legal and Risk Services will be operating the state backed scheme for GPs in Wales in relation to clinical negligence claims arising from April 2019 (known as the Future Liabilities Scheme).
We are looking forward to providing a high quality service for GPs in Wales which will build on our success in the delivery of secondary care indemnity.
