In response to the Covid-19 outbreak, all our solicitors are now working from home. As an NHS organisation, we will also be re-deploying staff to the front line where possible. Consequently, we request that you help us at this extremely challenging time by sending all correspondence and documentation us electronically so that we are able to progress matters remotely. In relation to the formal service of any document please also notify us by telephone prior to or on the day of service.

It has been our experience that our clients are very happy with our work. However, in the unlikely event that this is not the case, we have a formal Concerns and Complaints Management Protocol which can be found on our website: Concerns and Complaints - NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership.
In the first instance, any complaint should be addressed to the Solicitor/ Lawyer who is responsible for handling your matter. If that does not provide a satisfactory conclusion, then you should approach the Director of NWSSP - Legal & Risk Services via email: NWSSP.complaints@wales.nhs.uk.

If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint, you can ask the Legal Ombudsman at PO Box 6167, Slough, SL1 0EH (telephone: 0300 555 0333 email: enquiries@legalombudsman.org.uk) to consider the complaint. Normally, you will need to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint.

The answers that we give to the questions of primary care providers who are operating under sections 41, 42 or 50 of the NHS (Wales) Act 2006 are confidential and are reliant upon the accuracy of the information that we are given.
