Today sees NHS Wales in the spotlight across North America

Jonathan Webb, Head of Safety & Learning and Maria Stolzenberg, Principal Systems Lead are presenting and holding workshops in Orlando on the roll out of the Once for Wales Concerns Management System at the 'Unlocking Safer Care' conference. With over a thousand participants in the hybrid event, the conference provides a great opportunity to showcase what has been achieved by NHS Wales staff since the system launched in 2021.

Jonathan said; “…there has been a lot of interest in what NHS Wales has delivered and continues to develop. I am proud to be presenting this topic which has brought a unified workflow and consistency in the handling of incidents, feedback and concerns across all NHS Wales organisations.”

Maria highlighted; “…the conference gives us an opportunity to meet, share and learn with users of the RLDatix products across North America and establish things we can bring back to Wales.”

Neil Frow, Managing Director of NWSSP , said; “The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership and all health bodies in Wales have invested considerable time to support the implementation of the new Datix Cymru system. Maria was recently recognised as the Datix Manager of the Year and I'm very pleased that both her and Jonathan have been invited to speak at this important event.”
