NWSSP shortlisted for prestigious Well-being and Belonging at Work award by The Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion

NWSSP have been shortlisted by The Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (enei) in the category of Enhancing Wellbeing and Belonging at Work as part of their Annual Inclusivity Awards.

The awards recognise organisations that have best demonstrated their commitment to workplace DEI and belonging in 2022.

The Enhancing Wellbeing and Belonging at Work category recognises an organisation that has taken extensive and sustainable action that has significantly improved the awareness, well-being, and sense of belonging of its employees.

Julia Denyer, Head of Organisational Development, said;

This is testament to all the fantastic work that has been done in the space of well-being and developing our inclusive and compassionate culture through This is Our NWSSP. Recognition goes not only to those who lead this work but also our Health & Well-being Champions, Mental Health First Aiders, members of the Proud Network, the Equality Diversity and Inclusion group members and our Culture Change Champions.”

The ceremony will be held on Wednesday, 30 November 2022 at the Institute of Physics in Central London.
