NWSSP Managing Director formally receives OBE

 

Congratulations to NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP) Managing Director Neil Frow who has been formally awarded the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) as part of HM King’s Birthday Honours List. Neil was awarded the OBE by His Royal Highness Prince of Wales on 1 November 2023 in a ceremony based at Windsor Castle.

The OBE is a British order of chivalry, rewarding contributions to the arts and sciences, work with charitable and welfare organisations, and public service outside the civil service.

Neil was recognised for his significant contribution to NHS Wales having led NWSSP since its inception in 2011 which has been instrumental in providing a range of high quality, customer-focused professional, technical, and administrative services which support Health Boards and Trusts in Wales.

Neil is passionate about improving the quality of health services and has pro-actively encouraged partnership working as a catalyst to improve service delivery and customer focus.

Neil Frow OBE said;

"I am very humbled and proud to receive the OBE from the Prince of Wales. I am very privileged to work with some truly inspirational people within NWSSP and the wider NHS Wales who work tirelessly in the background supporting health bodies to deliver front line care.”
