NWSSP Legal and Risk Services shortlisted for LexisNexis award

NWSSP Legal and Risk Services have been shortlisted for the Award for Customer Focus at the Lexis Nexis UK Legal Awards 2022. This is the first time the department has been nominated at these awards, and are especially proud to be shortlisted in a customer service category following the challenges facing the NHS over the last two years.

Delivering excellent customer service is a top priority for Legal and Risk Services. Having been accredited with the Customer Service Excellence Award since 2013, they work to maintain a customer focused culture across the department. Pairing this with their specialist knowledge of the legal issues affecting NHS Wales, they believe they are unparalleled in delivering comprehensive legal services to our clients in Health Boards across Wales. The shortlisting of the Award for Customer Focus is recognition of the hard work of everyone in their teams to ensure that Legal and Risk Services meet and exceed their clients’ expectations.
