Adjustments in the workplace

SLE are there to support you during your employment.

If any recommended adjustments are outlined during this appointment, you will receive a copy of a report confirming them. It is recommended a copy of this report be provided to the SLE team once received to avoid any delays in implementing the adjustments. This can be sent to NWSSPSLE.Recrutiment@wales.nhs.uk.

The SLE team will need to liaise host organisations following receipt of the report, to confirm what adjustments can be accommodated.

Access to Work

If you have a disability or health condition and feel you require supportive equipment for the duration of your employment, you can request support via the Access to Work scheme. The support granted will depend on individual needs.

The wait time for this assessment can be lengthy so it is recommended you contact them as soon as possible if required.

You can find more information on the scheme and how to apply here.
