Can I use a non-NHS email address to access the WGOS4/WGOS5 claims system?

No. For security reasons, you must use the NHS email address allocated specifically to you as an optometrist. Practice/body corporate NHS email address will not be accepted. Your optometrist NHS email address is necessary to meet the security requirements for external access to WGOS4/WGOS5 Claims system.  If you need an NHS email address, click on the following link: Application for NHS email - Optometry Wales and complete the relevant application form in full and email it to nwssp-primarycareservices@wales.nhs.uk marked for the attention of the Contracts Management team.
