Kaniz Abbasi

Kaniz Abbasi is a Business Administration Manager within Legal & Risk Services at NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP). She has worked within the service for over seven years, developing her career from an administrative role into business management.

Kaniz enjoys working with people and building positive relationships across teams. Her role involves supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations, coordinating projects and meetings, supporting recruitment and finance processes, and helping teams find practical and effective ways of working.

She is passionate about making a positive difference, whether that is improving a process, supporting a colleague or helping a team work more effectively. She particularly enjoys finding solutions to challenges and bringing people together to get things done.

She is always keen to learn; share ideas and look for opportunities to improve the way services are delivered.
