Congratulations to Adam

Legal and Risk would like to congratulate our Solicitor Adam Leith who has been appointed as Deputy District Judge, assigned to the Wales Circuit, with effect from 18 May 2020. He has also been appointed as a Fee Paid Judge of the First Tier Tribunal, assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber, with effect from 28 May 2020.

The selection process for these prestigious positions is rigorous and involves online tests, mock hearings and interviews. We are extremely pleased that Adam will be sitting in both roles part time, and will continue to work in our Employment Team alongside them.
