NHS Wales Staff Survey

Why is your participation important?

Your Voice Matters: Your day-to-day experiences and unique perspectives are invaluable. This survey is an opportunity for you to share your thoughts, concerns, and suggestions openly and anonymously. We want to hear what's working well and where we can make improvements.

Driving Positive Change: The feedback we gather will be used to identify areas where we excel and areas where we can do better. It will serve as a roadmap for us to make data-driven decisions and implement positive changes that benefit everyone in our organisation.

Enhancing Your Work Experience: Your feedback will help us create a more supportive, inclusive, and engaging work environment. Our goal is to ensure that you have the tools, resources, and opportunities you need to thrive in your roles.

The NHS Staff Survey is live, and we encourage each of you to participate. Your feedback will help inform and implement changes that create a greater employee experience.

To complete the electronic survey, please click on the provided link or scan the QR code at the bottom of this email. The survey is anonymous and does not require a login, but please be aware that there is a timeout function if there is no activity for 20 minutes. Therefore, it's recommended to set aside approximately 30 minutes to complete the survey in one sitting.

For those who prefer paper copies, these will be available on-site starting this week. There is also a free telephone number you can call to complete the survey in your preferred language or if you have other accessibility needs.

Your participation in the survey is important to ensure that the voices of NHS staff are heard.

Thank you for your time and valuable input.
