Lisa Roberts

Lisa joined the Welsh Risk Pool in July 2020, as part of the Central Team as a Technical Support Manager, responsible for the implementation and Management of the Once for Wales Concerns Management System. 

She previously served 22 years in the Royal Navy, firstly as a Communicator before changing specialty to Dental Nurse progressing to Dental Nurse Practice Manager and Regional Practice Manager for the South West Region.  After retiring from the military and relocating back to South Wales, she joined the NHS in 2013 as part of the Blood Collection Team within the Welsh Blood Service, moving to the Governance Team in 2015 and Donor Experience Manager in 2019.

Lisa is a kept busy out of work by her 3 wonderful children Ava, Alfie and Layla.
