Jordan Donovan

Having joined Legal & Risk in September 2020, Jordan moved to the Commercial Team as part of his Training Contract in March 2022, which he is hopeful of qualifying into shortly. Jordan has always lived in Cardiff, growing up in Whitchurch and studying Law at Cardiff University, before a short stint away across the border in Bristol for his Masters.

Jordan now lives in Pontcanna with his girlfriend and cat (he was, and will always remain, a dog person, but to be fair to Enzo, he’s taught Jordan that cats are (almost) as adorable as their K9 friends).

As his parents would say, Jordan has been kicking a football since the womb, and he still plays the game regularly at the ripe age of 26. His dad took him to his first Cardiff City game when he was four years old, and he's sadly been hooked as a supporter ever since (it’s hasn’t been the best of years recently…), but he does enjoy watching the sport at all levels.

Aside from football, Jordan enjoys keeping active through the gym, running and playing golf, which he previously taught in America. He also has a love of adrenaline-based events, having skydived on multiple occasions and swam with sharks.

Jordan's aim is to achieve his qualifications to skydive independently because, as strange as it sounds, the last time jumping with someone else was quite boring by the end, and I definitely don’t want to lose the rush of jumping from 12,000ft.

Jordan loves travelling around different countries, and have worked in three different continents (Europe, Asia and North America). He is always looking for new places to explore, so if you have any unknown spots around the world that you recommend, please drop him an e-mail/Teams message.
