Emma qualified as a solicitor in 2013.
Emma completed her law degree at Swansea University and the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University.
After graduating, Emma worked in private practice in Cardiff and developed a keen interest in clinical negligence during her training contract. When she qualified Emma moved to a national private practice, working in both their Bristol and Cardiff offices, where she specialised in clinical negligence.
Emma represented claimants until 2019 when she decided that she wanted to start defending the NHS and moved to Legal & Risk. She has a varied caseload dealing with all aspects of clinical negligence claims for Hywel Dda University Health Board.
In her spare time, Emma volunteers for Samaritans and enjoys going to concerts and stand-up comedy shows.
