I've subscribed on an E-Learning module but the play button isn't working, how do I complete the module?

They have only completed half the process of enrolling on a module, after subscribing on a module you need to “choose or enrol in class”. They need to go to the “Certifications” sub heading on their learner homepage and select the certification name. They then need to select the certification name. To enrol on the module they need to select the envelope under “Choose or Enrol in Class”.
