Tracy Myhill, Chair of the NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership Committee, will be leaving the role at the end of April 2026.
Tracy has served as Chair since 2021, bringing tremendous leadership, insight, and support during a period in which NWSSP has grown significantly in scale, ambition, and impact.
Her guidance has been instrumental in helping shape our strategic direction and strengthening our ability to deliver for NHS Wales.
Neil Frow OBE, Managing Director of NWSSP, said: “I would like to express my sincere thanks to Tracy for her exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment over the past five years.
“She has been a trusted advisor, a passionate advocate for our work, and a steadying presence as we navigated major developments across the organisation.
“Tracy’s contribution has helped position NWSSP for continued success, and we are deeply grateful for the clarity, integrity and humanity she has brought to the role.”
