Customers are experiencing ETC submission failures with error code "Unable to accept message: The transaction log for database ETCRaw is full due to LOG_BACKUP"
Update 26/03/2019 - Issue has been resolved - ETC service is now available.
Some Customers may have experienced lack of connectivity to ETC. This was due to an issue with one of the web servers. Welsh national Data Centre services were informed and the server brought back up.
