Adam Leith

Adam obtained a BA (Hons) in Music from the University of York, before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law. He qualified as a solicitor in 2011.

Adam was employed for several years as an in-house employment lawyer with a large Local Authority, working with a range of public sector organisations across the East of England. After a period working for London-based law firm Winckworth Sherwood, Adam joined Legal & Risk Services in 2018.

Adam has experience of advising public-sector employers on all aspects of employment law. He also has considerable experience of defending Employment Tribunal claims.

Adam enjoys delivering training to clients in order to share good practice and minimise the risk of successful challenges to the employee relations processes.

Adam has two young boys, and consequently has very little spare time. However when time allows, he plays tuba and percussion (not simultaneously), and enjoys hill-walking, reading, and cake.
