Natalie qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in February 2017
Natalie obtained her LLB Law Degree at the University of Glamorgan. She then went on to study the Fast Track Graduate Diploma with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives at Cardiff & Vale College.
Natalie worked in the offices of a small manufacturing business, gaining experience in running a small business, including financing, advertising and customer service. Her first legal role was with Legal & Risk, at the NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership where she began working in the Personal Injury department. Natalie then transferred to the clinical negligence department to gain valuable experience as a paralegal, before qualifying.
Natalie deals with a variety of clinical negligence claims, which includes those arising from delays in diagnosing cancer, orthopaedic management and gynaecological issues, including stillbirths and neonatal deaths. Natalie also offers advice in respect of Putting Things Right and represents the Health Board at Inquests.
Natalie enjoys baking and will often take part in the department's monthly charity bake sale. She also enjoys keeping fit by mountain walking, learning ju-jitsu and has even cycled over the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.
She has also taken part in the Welsh Three Peaks challenge in aid of Velindre Cancer Centre.
