Becky joined the Digital Workforce team in April 2016 after 27 years working for Hywel Dda UHB and its predecessors as their Head of Workforce Intelligence. Becky is responsible for managing ESR Support Wales, as well as leading and supporting the H2R programme of work in particular in terms of ESR Self Service. Becky is the Deputy Chair and All Wales lead on the National ESR Self Service Special Interest Group.

Cath joined the Digital Workforce Team in May 2019 to assist with projects, however as of October 2020, she now supervises the ESR Support Wales team. Cath has worked for NHS Wales for over 37 years, and her most recent role prior to joining NWSSP was as a ESR Trainer with Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.
